Returns Policy
Casa dei Fiori cannot offer refunds for floral arrangements that have already been made and delivered to the addresses provided by clients (even if the incorrect address is given). A refund can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made, usually 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please check carefully before submitting your order. If duplicate payments are made in error, this shall be rectified by management.
