For private celebrations, we create floral concepts for birthdays, anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, engagement parties, baby showers, bridal showers, private dinners, milestone celebrations, and other special occasions.
Every project is tailored to the venue, event format, color palette, and overall atmosphere.
The process is designed to be simple and collaborative from the very beginning.
Once you submit an inquiry, our team reviews the event details, including the date, venue, type of event, guest count, budget, and any inspiration or brand guidelines you may have.
From there, we discuss the overall direction and recommend a floral concept that fits the space and the atmosphere you want to create. If you already have a mood board or creative brief, we can work from it. If not, our florists can develop the concept for you from scratch.
After the direction is confirmed, we prepare a customized proposal outlining the floral design, key arrangements or installations, and the scope of services. Once the proposal is approved, we move into sourcing and production.
Closer to the event, we coordinate delivery and installation timing with you, your planner, production team, or venue. On the event day, our team delivers and installs the florals on site so everything is ready before guests arrive.
If needed, breakdown and floral removal after the event can also be arranged as part of the service.
